Course Cancellation
Students may request to cancel a course purchase by contacting our support team. Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the purchase date and whether the course has already been accessed.
Cancellation Before Course Access
If you request a cancellation before accessing your purchased course, your order may be cancelled and any eligible refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
Cancellation After Course Access
Once you have accessed course materials, watched lessons, downloaded resources, or started learning, your purchase may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Refund eligibility will be determined according to our Refund Policy.
Membership Cancellation
If you are subscribed to a recurring membership or subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.
After cancellation, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and no future recurring charges will be applied.
Student Responsibility
Students are responsible for reviewing course details, pricing, curriculum, and system requirements before purchasing.
Purchasing the wrong course or changing your mind after accessing the content may not qualify for cancellation.
